​We are looking for a Tax Associate to join our team!

As part of our tax team, the Tax Associate's responsibilities would include:
​

Perform and help manage client audits, reviews, and compilations across a range of industries.

Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial statements and management reporting.

Work directly with the tax team to prepare tax filings and communicate effective tax planning strategies.

Assist with team coordination of engagement planning, fieldwork, and close meetings.
-
Work directly with clients in response to inquiries and develop strong relationships with client personnel.

Mentor and direct multiple staff members depending on experience level
Experience and Education Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
CPA or CPA in progress.
-
1-3 years of experience in public accounting
-
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership qualities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience:
-
Previous construction industry finance or accounting experience.
-
Knowledge of CCH Axcess and ProSystem FX.
