​We are looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team!


We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. In this dynamic role, the Marketing & Administrative Assistant will assist with marketing, HR, business development and recruiting initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing company with a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Our next dynamic Marketing & Administrative Assistant's responsibilities would include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Firm Administrator

  • Creating proposals for potential clients

  • Managing leads & prospects using CRM software

  • Contact Management

  • Coordination of catering for training and staff events

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings

  • Assisting with event planning and execution

  • Managing marketing materials and office supplies

  • General clerical duties such as copying, filing, and scanning


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Ability to work both independently and with a team

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as a keen attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience and Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma required

  • 3+ years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience

  • Background in the accounting, professional services or construction industries is a plus

  • Experience with Constant Contact and CRM is a plus

  • Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday (32 hours/week)

  • Fall / Spring Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

  • Winter Hours:  Monday to Saturday (50-60 hours/week)
