Jeffrey T. Rogers, CPA, MST
Published in the Boston Business Journal and Cape & Plymouth Times, Jeff helps businesses reduce and manage their tax burdens by adopting the most tax efficient accounting methods and identifying all tax credit and incentives to which they are entitled. Jeff has over 18 years of experience specializing in tax planning, tax research and compliance, IRS and State Exam Representation and succession and ownership transitions with a focus in the construction, real estate and manufacturing & distribution industries. He is a frequent speaker on these topics for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGCMA), the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts, Inc. (ASM), and various Chambers of Commerce.
Prior to joining E.J. Callahan & Associates, Jeff served as both a Partner and Director at regional and national CPA firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley University. Jeff is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MassCPAs), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Jeff is also Treasurer for the Danvers American Little League and a volunteer coach in several youth sports programs. Jeff’s expertise makes him ideally suited to help expand this practice area for E.J. Callahan and Associates.

Brian E. Moynihan, CPA, MSA
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian specializes in accounting, tax and business advisory services with a focus in the construction, real estate, architecture, and manufacturing industries. Brian works with financial reporting requirements and compliance issues, and provides strategic business consulting, helping clients scale and operate efficiently. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts (Boston).
Brian is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MassCPAs), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts, Inc. (ASM). He is also very active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of the James L McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn and coaching Woburn Youth Soccer. Since joining E.J. Callahan and Associates in 2016, Brian has contributed to the rapid growth of the firm and its clients.
