In honor of Women in Construction Week, we would like to spotlight Kayla Nassar, Principal at American Construction Corporation – a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and long-time client of EJC’s. Kayla grew up traveling to her father’s jobsites on weekends and school vacations, fascinated with the different projects he worked on. Later in college, she interned at Shawmut Design and Construction and entered their CMST program upon graduation as an Economics major. What she loves most about her career is the constant learning and different challenges that make each day exciting.
Kayla's advice to women in construction -
