​We are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our team!

​

As part of our tax team, the Senior Tax Associate's responsibilities would include:

​

  • Perform and help manage client audits, reviews, and compilations across a range of industries.

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial statements and management reporting.

  • Work directly with the tax team to prepare tax filings and communicate effective tax planning strategies.

  • Assist with team coordination of engagement planning, fieldwork, and close meetings.

  • Work directly with clients in response to inquiries and develop strong relationships with client personnel.

  • Mentor and direct multiple staff members depending on experience level

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA or CPA in progress.

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership qualities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous construction industry finance or accounting experience.

  • Knowledge of CCH Axcess and ProSystem FX.
